Blue Atlas will design and develop an independent event web site to reflect
your brand and customize EventAtlas to meet your content needs.
Online event promotion
Blue Atlas can assist event sponsors in implementing effective event marketing
campaigns. Examples include e-mail campaigns, e-mail list management and
web advertising.
Content management and data entry
Should the client decide to outsource data entry, Blue Atlas provides administrative
services to assist EventAtlas users in adding event content to their web
site and processing manual registrations/payments.
Hosting services
Blue Atlas offers EventAtlas as a hosted solution. Our hosting packages
include shared and dedicated server options. Both options include T-1 connectivity,
daily and weekly back-ups and daily operational performance monitoring.
Streaming media/webcast services
Blue Atlas offers video-recording services to capture all or selected event
sessions. The recordings can be simply for archive purposes or used as a
post-event revenue generating opportunity.
Integration services
Blue Atlas offers technical services to integrate EventAtlas with the client’s
existing CRM, ERP or other back-office systems.
Other services
Blue Atlas is available to manage the process of event web site domain registration
and SSL certificate purchase and integration.
